Assist in corporate transaction (review & vet through all relevant corporate legal documents, Agreements such as Service Agreement/SPA/acquisition or joint venture agreement, licensing contracts)
Keeping up to date with changing legislation, commercial law, Malaysia Government Act & local authority’s rules and regulations.
Responsible in monitoring the compliance issues affecting the company.
Follow up and liaise with external lawyers regarding legal matters/proceedings.
Analysing, researching and summarizing legal information.
Collecting information for the preparation of legal documents; license application, setting up of new company.
B. SALES ADMINISTRATIVE
To provide support to Sales and Marketing Department and liaise with bankers for end financing package.
Ensure all SPA and sales documentation are duly and promptly executed and completed.
Attend to correspondence from buyer, bankers, government loan div, lawyers and purchasers pertaining to documentation and collection of billing.
Responsible for preparing management reports and sales collection report etc.
Maintaining and up-to date and accurate customer mailing list on data base system, sales status and prepare monthly sales report to management and account division.
Assist in all documentation relating to Government and private house-buyers and ensure such documents are recorded.
Attend to sub-sale and refinancing documentation.
To handle the delivery of vacant possession, billing, and maintenance charges.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A. LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE
At least a Degree in Law from recognized university.
At least 5 years’ experience in property transaction, banking and loan documentation.
Proficient in written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Knowledge on using IFCA system will be an added advantage
Must be a self-starter and independent with pleasant attitude
Based in Kuantan but must be willing to travel when job required
